1. RATES: Rates are per person per night sharing

4. CHECK-IN TIME: 1pm CHECK-OUT TIME: 11am
5. CONSERVATION AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT LEVY (per person per night):
– Valid from 1 September 2025 – R275 pppn
– Valid from 1 March 2026 – R425 pppn
– Valid from 1 March 2027 – TBC
6. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:
– 50% supplement
– Single supplement over peak season is 100%
8. PEAK SEASON: Minimum 2-night stay and room rate for single occupancy (100% single supplement)
10. INCLUSIONS: Accommodation, meals, selected house beverages and 2 game drives per day
11. EXCLUSIONS: Premium branded beverages, transfers, telephone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature
12. AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Available at additional cost.
13. CHILD POLICY:
– Children 12 years and older.
14. GUIDE & DRIVER POLICY:
– A guide or driver staying in lodge rooms will be charged the per person sharing rate.
15. PAYMENT POLICY:
– In Full 30 Days prior to arrival, unless the supplier has an authorised 30-day account facility with the Amakhala Game Reserve.
– 20 December – 10 January: 20% deposit is required 14 days after the reservation is made to secure the booking.
16. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
– 61-46 days prior to arrival: 10%
– 45-31 days prior to arrival: 50%
– 30-3 days prior to arrival: 75%
– 48 hours or less, including no show: 100% cancellation fee of total amount
17. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
– We aim to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and allergies wherever possible. However, please note the following:
– Halaal & Kosher: Our kitchens are not halaal or kosher certified, and we are unfortunately unable to cater for halaal or kosher dietary requirements. This includes the use of separate preparation areas, utensils, or ingredients.
Guests with other dietary preferences or allergies are encouraged to inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
18. All rates are in South African Rands and includes VAT.
19. No Tourism Levies are charged at present
20. All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival
21. The Amakhala Game Reserve retains the right to admit any guest/s and furthermore retains the right to remove any guest whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.
